Arby's MeatOS
We got our hands dirty reimagining the future of ordering at Arby's. Mostly it was the Horsey Sauce: the Huge team got to work (and cook in) the kitchen of our local Arby's to study how the staff and customers interact to create the best possible ordering experience for both sides.

We started with the order-ahead mobile app, but knew the full customer experience went beyond phones, so we designed a system of modules that could fit any content, on any screen. Thus MeatOS was born.

This allowed us to create an entire digital ecosystem for Arby's that included a POS and kitchen order-queueing interface for the staff. As a bonus, it included the ability to be used as a self-service ordering kiosk for customers.


On top of wireframing and prototyping the experience for mobile app and responsive Web, the UX phase also included user flow analysis and prioritization.
